Thomas Morgan ~ 1816 - 1850??
Not born in Monmouthshire. But was he born Breconshire ??- not yet 100% proven, just lots of circumstancial evidence .
Father a John Morgan 1766 & mother Elizabeth Walter 1781: they married Llanfihangel Cwmdu Brecon 1801
They are in 1841C in Llangattock Bibonavel , aged 75 and 60 with children Margret 25, Evan 25, David 20, Ebenezer 20, none born Monmouthshire: so the whole family could have moved from Llanfihangel Cymdu to Llangattock Bibon Avel 1826 onwards. Thomas's address when he marries in 1840 is Llangattock Bibonavel and his father is John Morgan, farmer
~35 k Cwmdu to Llangattock Bibon Avel
Have searched Ancestry, FMP & FS baptisms to find Thomas baptised to the same John & Elizabeth somewhere- no success

Only poss. Monmouth (this includes Llantilio Crossenny) registration for Margaret is Margaret Emma Morgan born Monmouth Dec 1849 : she has a mother Price AND, as a Margaret Emma Morgan is a witness on Annie's 1869 m.c. - so surely likely a sister- this would imply Annie's mother be Martha Price
