Another James Phillip was born Shepton Mallet Feb 1825, with siblings John, Susan, Samuel & others: he was a right drunken nasty( stole and 'murdered' his mother in law, Martha Pippett) , having moved to Cardiff by 1850 - an INTERSTING READ requiring hours of research before we realized he was the wrong James!!

1861 census . James Phillis was living NO trace anywhere. But feel it is unlikely that he became a baker after, aged 18, being a chimney sweep in 1851
