14/5/1815. John Warr was baptised to Thomas Warre , farmer, & Mary Saunders in Charlinch . Siblings William 1813 & likely Isabella 1818
1841C. MAYBE John Warr, 25, ag. labourer, at Pown South Harp, South Petherton DUBIOUS - no William here! & South Petherton a long way away from Spaxton, and he is a bachelor when he marries in 1842!!.

OR, in Ashcott, Bridgewater Union- No, age is stupid! But could the John here, aged 50, farmer, be the father of John 1814. And there is a William Warr here, born 1838. But William Ware exists in 1851C - so this family is no connection .Mistranscription of Warr??

SO, cannot find John Warr and his son William ~3, in 1841C on FMP . No BMD birth of a William Warr- & only one William Ware, and this would be the William above, born Ashcott, Bridgewater reg. district. Now certain that son William given as 13 in 1851C was a mistake, and that he should have been given as just 3 there, so I am only missing John Warr in the 1841C . Have found his parents listed as just War
SO, was John Warr known by a different surname in 1841 and before???- even if so, not living in Wembdon in 1841C!- from FMP search . No John Warre found on Ancestry living nearby in 1841C
1842. John Warre marries Anne Reed Bridgewater Jun 1842, 10 569. This m.c. confirms Anne was born Ann Pain, her father being James Pain

John Warre, bachelor, labourer, marries Anne Reed, widow, on 9/4/1842, both residing in Spaxton, his father Thomas Warre, farmer, hers James Pain, labourer
Interesting that he is a bachelor, seeing as he seems to have a son William born~1838. This birth is not registered on BMD - there is one but he with a different family - so I think maybe the William shown as 13 in the 1851C, maybe is only 3, born Bridgewater Jun 1848 : he has no occupation whereas his step brother Henry, 12, is a farm servant . For almost 100% proof of this, a William Warr, born 1848, is buried in Wembdon in 1858 - FMP
1848 . Son William Warr baptised Wembdon on 4/6/1848 to John, labourer, and Ann
1851C. John Warr, 37, labourer, is living at Poor House Cottage, Wembdon, with his wife , son William and 2 likely children of his wife, from a former marriage . . Wembdon less than half mile west of Bridgewater

1877. John Warr , aged 66, dies Bridgewater Sep 1877. His age more like 61/2!
His widow maybe dies , aged 73, Axbridge Jun 1897. Her age should be at least 79 here! Both these death ages seem somewhat out!
