Diana thought that her grandmother, Alice Mabel Sargent 1883, had a clever brother called Neville who became an architect, he worked for Lilley & Skinner, Oxford Street, but then committed suicide. But can find no sibling called Neville. Have investigated the 5 known brothers: Albert Joseph 1881; Frederick C 15/3/1885; William John 1888; Edward Horace 1892 and George Sidney 26/9/1894. None of these architects by 1911C or 1939 : we have a foreman packer, a correspondence clerk, a clerk in the Navy, ?? and working in the house grounds . Cannot find William or Edward in 1939 reg. George a removal contractor
