Lacemaker . Born Sulgrave - this ~10k NE of Banbury - from 3 censuses. But also Claydon & Daventry & nr Banbury in others
No birth reg. July 1837- 1844 on bmd . So possibly but unlikely born pre July 1837, Sulgrave, Northants.
Most likely she was born Maria Wright Daventry Sep 1840 to Thomas Wright & Hannah Smith : according to FMP she has a mother Smith- Daventry reg.district stretches down to Canons Ashby, not much N of Sulgrave , Northants!
Adams/Prickett Ancestry tree exists, but 1837 baptism in Barton Seagrave cannot be her , & no mention in 1841C or 1851C . The Barton Seagrave Maria would seem to marry a Mountford before 1861C. No other helpful tree
Maybe could do more work here - but really not worth it!!- and have spent a lot of time on it already
Is in Buckingham Workhouse in 1871 with her husband and 4 children
