William Longmore was born 20/4/1781 in Brae of Glengarrioch, Keith , to William Longmore & Margaret Rae . He had an elder brother, Adam Longmore, 1778-1849 , who married Ann Forsyth and worked in the Exchequer, Edinburgh . Cannot find Brae of Glengarrioch, Keith- likely very near Keith itself

1806. William Longmore was born Bellie , 'Burnside in the Enzie', on 13/11/1806 to William & May . There was a twin son, Adam, who worked in Edinburgh in the Exchequer Office - dies~1870s

His father, also William, 1751, seems to have adopted this son, William

IMO his grandfather and grandmother WILLIAM LONGMORE who died at Brae 1824. MARGARET RAE who d at Brae 1815 and of his father and mother, WILLIAM LONGMORE who d at Keith 1858. MAY CHALMERS who d at Keith 1861.
