1779. Mary Chambers was born to Charles & Mary Chambers . Baptised 16/7/1779 in Hope to them: they of Shordley -FMP. Shordley ~half a mile E of Hope parish church On the 1851C census and on her d.c she would appear to have been born 1774/1772: she could well not have been baptised as a baby but as a 5 yr old. No, her 1797 m.c suggests she was born 1779.
