.

Thoughts of Ken Hopkins, grandson of Louisa.

"The name Angel often came up during family conversations between my grandparent and the three sons. I spoke with my sister Joyce, this morning and she seems to recall the name Jim Angel, but isn't 100% sure! Joyce told me that our grandparents once drove to a town outside New York city to visit an Angel family. I also phoned my cousin Jim (Robert Hopkins' son) in Sackville New Brunswick this morning he told me that a Robert Angel living in Amherst, Nova Scotia may be a relative of ours. I gave Jim a list of questions and he is going to phone him. Jim tried approaching him once before but the man didn't seem very interested. No harm in trying again!!" Edgar's daughter Brenda 1948 remembers the name Leslie Angel often being mentioned as she was growing up in Dolbeau.
